Are you aged 14 or over and interested in getting involved in refereeing? Potton United Youth is looking for individuals who want to step into the world of officiating!
We will cover the cost of your referee training and badges, and once you're fully trained and have officiated 6 matches for Potton United Youth, you can earn between £20 and £40 per match (depending on age).

Potton United Youth FC will pay for your coaching badge and support you as you progress through your qualifications. The initial training to earn your badge takes place on the internet, from the comfort of your own home.

Volunteers Needed for Training and Match Day Support
Potton United Youth FC is looking for volunteers who can help with the setup and running of training sessions and match days. Whether you’re a parent, supporter, or just someone looking to get involved, your help will make a real difference to the smooth running of our club.
By volunteering with Potton United Youth FC, you'll play an integral role in ensuring that our young players have a safe and enjoyable environment in which to develop their skills. You'll have the chance to be part of a fantastic, friendly team and contribute to the success of our club.
Assisting with the setup of training sessions and matches (e.g., setting up equipment, marking out pitches, etc.)
Helping ensure smooth running of match days, including organising players, referees, and keeping the team on track.
Offering general support to coaches, players, and parents.
Get involved with your local football club and play a key role in supporting the next generation of players.
Meet and connect with other friendly volunteers and members of the community.
No prior experience needed – just enthusiasm and a willingness to help.
