U13: Plantation Yth 1-4 Potton

With the later kick off Potton Knew what they had to do to finish joint top of the league with Cambourne slipping up. On a pitch that resembled a ski slope Plantation took advantage of the slope creating all of the chances but Potton dug in to keep it at 0-0 at half time.

The second half Plantation continued to press but Potton slowly got in to the game and took the lead through a great goal from Bobby with an even better assist from Luke. Liam doubled the lead and looked comfortable. Plantation did get a goal back but goals from Bobby and Thomas R sealed the win. Other results meant we finished joint top with Cambourne AND Balsham. We now wait for the league to work out if we have to have a series of play offs or share the title.

Well done boys. A fantastic season....... SO FAR!!!
